How to Fill Out Our Proposal & Lesson Plan Forms
Proposal Form
Lesson Plan Sheet
Please provide a description of what you plan to teach each day of your class. Include warm ups, progress you'd like to make with ongoing lessons, and the ultimate goal of each day (i.e. "Students will develop a better sense of composition when setting up their still life").
Once we receive your proposals, lesson plan sheet, and resume, we will contact you to discuss and potentially set up an appointment. You should bring your portfolio or art samples to that meeting. If you have any questions about Artsplace or these instructions, feel free to call us at (203)272-2787. We look forward to connecting with you!
