Jocelyn Pannell

Teaches: Children's Drawing and Specialty Classes

Jocelyn Pannell teaches Musical Theatre classes and children's multi media art workshops at Artsplace.  Jocelyn made her acting debut in the Cheshire Youth Theatre program in the 1990s.  Since then she has fallen in love with theater and has appeared in many musicals. Jocelyn has been a Musical Theatre Director for Saint Bridget School and currently for Cheshire Youth Theatre at Nelson Hall productions. Outside of theatre, Jocelyn is  acertified elementary art teacher in Southington. She lives in Wallingford with her husband, Titus Pannell.
